1, pine nuts popcorn
Formula (for four people):
4 tablespoons of high quality vegetable oil (such as sunflower oil, coconut oil); 4 tablespoons of corn; 100 grams of pine nuts; 2 teaspoons of cheese; 50 grams of cream; 2 teaspoons of dried basil; 1/2 teaspoon of garlic salt powder
Operation: 1. Prepare the popcorn that has been exploded without salt, and then pour it into a large bowl. 2. Bake the pine nuts into golden yellow in an oil-free pot and mix with popcorn. 3. Plan the cheese. The cream melts in the pan. Add the planed cheese, dried basil and garlic salt powder and mix all the ingredients well. Stir well and sprinkle on popcorn and pine nuts and enjoy with a little stirring.
2, hot cream popcorn
Formula and ratio (by four persons)
3 to 4 tablespoons of high quality vegetable oil (eg sunflower oil); 4 tablespoons of corn, 1 to 2 tablespoons of cream; 1 tbsp of salt
Operation: 1. Heat the oil in the popcorn machine; 2. Pour in the corn, spread it on the bottom of the pot, and separate the corn one by one; 3. Cover the lid and shake it back and forth every 10-15 seconds. Pot; 4, when the corn starts to burst, shake the pot every 5 seconds, this is very important, otherwise the corn kernels below will be burnt, the other will not completely burst. Wait until you hear a sporadic popping sound, remove the pot from the stove or cool down. Pour the rice flower in the container. Then put the cream in a pot that has some residual temperature. When the cream melts, pour the popcorn. Sprinkle salt on popcorn and enjoy it. Note: Don’t put too much salt at the beginning, prefer to add salt.
3, spice salt popcorn
